Behind FINN-X is me, Jonna—a Finnish founder, small-business ally, and self-proclaimed boss lady with a deep love for customer experience, creativity, and small businesses.
Hello!
My name is Jonna, and yes—I’m Finnish. I’m the founder and CEO of FINN-X, where I help small businesses create customer experiences with a truly Finnish Heart.
My motto is “Making Your Customers Matter.” My work is about something very simple, but often forgotten: every customer deserves to feel that they are seen, heard, and valued. When that happens, businesses grow—and people feel better, too.
A blend of strategy, creativity, and heart
I’ve always been fascinated by how people think, feel, and make decisions. That curiosity led me to combine business, creativity, and customer experience in my studies and career.
I bring together:
- A background in marketing and sales
- An MA in Culture and Arts
- An MBA in Customer Experience Management (CXM)
- A Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma
- My Finnish Heart and international outlook
This mix means I’m just as comfortable talking about customer data and processes as I am about stories, emotions, and creativity. I love connecting those worlds so that your customer experience is both well-designed and warm and human.
Between Finland and the US
I was born and raised in Finland and now live in Florida, working remotely with clients across the US and internationally. Because of this, I understand both European (especially Finnish) ways of working and the realities of the US market.
I know how Finnish and European companies think, how they like to communicate, and what they value. I also know what US-based customers expect—and how small cultural differences can impact trust, service, and loyalty.
A big part of my work is translating between these worlds: turning European/Finnish strengths like honesty, reliability, and quality into customer experiences and communication that feel natural and engaging in the US market.
Twin mom, values, and perseverance
Outside of work, I’m a twin mom, constantly balancing life, family, and business. My children remind me every day what truly matters: showing up, being kind, and doing the right thing even when it’s not the easiest.
The same values guide my work:
- Perseverance – I don’t give up easily. Good customer experience is built step by step, and I’m with you for the long run.
- Integrity – I believe in doing the right thing every time, even when nobody is watching. That’s how trust is built—with your customers and with your partners.
- Example for my kids – I want my children to see that it’s possible to build a business on honesty, care, and hard work. FINN-X is part of that example.
These values show up in how I work with you: honestly, kindly, and practically, with a focus on what will really help you and your customers.
